Joe Hall will be deeply missed and may he rest in peace. This is a tribute page to Joe.....please send in your memories of him, or photos of him/his race car, etc or if you want to just send a note to the family.
I am going to greatly miss Joe. I remember a night at darts our competiveness on the track carried over to darts and we were passing 5 bucks back in forth trying to win money off each other. I think that went on for about 45 minutes and at the end we both were where we started. Great friend and he always made me laugh. I will miss you Joe! -Doug Folkens #80

Here are some pictures and memories from Joe's good friend, Don Brady.
The red FWD #61 is Joe's first ever racecar! He signed it for me saying it would be worth alot of money someday, since he was going to be famous.
The red and silver #27 was the first time me and Joe raced together, (I'm the 73 on the outside of him) it was his first ever race in the brand new #27.
The blue and orange 61jr is the first car I let Joe drive. I let him hot lap it and when he pulled in we could see him smiling from ear to ear through the helmet. He pulled me aside after he got out and said, "you know B, I think I could be pretty good at this racing deal". He was right, he was a very good racer! Very clean driver too. I remember a race that he finished 2nd with me right behind him. We were both faster than the winner but he was all over the track trying to hang on to his car. After the race Joe was just furious that he didnt win, I told him he had plenty of chances to 'move' the guy out of the way, he just smiled and said "yeah I could've but who wants to win like that?"

The pic of Joe on top of the car pretty much says it all about Joe! Always eager to make someone smile or brighten their day. Joe told me a few weeks ago "I don't know what it is about you, but I always get goofy whan we're around each other. I said Joe you had a head start on goofy before I even met you!"
